A proactive sales mindset will drive service plan sales and add-on products while you nurture loyalty. You’ll work closely with technicians, manage courtesy cars and scheduling, and continuously upsell wear-and-tear and value-added services to maximise workshop revenue.

Qualifikationen

• Customer-facing experience in service or retail settings.
• Ability to upsell and explain service recommendations clearly.
• Comfortable using dealership IT systems and MS Office.
