You’ll guide customers through their service journey, promote manufacturer recommendations, and collaborate with technicians to ensure transparent, seamless visits.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service with strong communication skills.
• Ability to upsell service plans and maintenance products.
• Digital competence with MS Office and dealership IT platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for service customers from check-in to post-visit follow-up.
• Explain required repairs, maintenance and manufacturer recommendations clearly.
• Promote and upsell Service Care Plans and Vehicle Health Checks.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs and keep customers updated.
