Job summary

Evans Halshaw Ford Wolverhampton is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to join the team. You’ll be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring visits are seamless, transparent, and stress-free while driving aftersales performance.

You’ll promote Vehicle Health Checks, service plans and extras, schedule appointments, manage courtesy cars, and work closely with technicians to deliver timely, high-quality repairs. A strong customer care ethos and confident upselling are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service advisor with focus on aftersales performance.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Digital literacy with Microsoft Office and dealership IT platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for service customers from check-in to post-visit follow-up.
