You’ll build trust by understanding customer needs, advising on safety-critical repairs and manufacturer recommendations, and promoting service plans to improve retention and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office and dealership IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for service customers from check-in to post-visit follow-up.
• Promote and upsell service, health checks and care plans.
