Job summary

Lloyd Volkswagen Carlisle, part of the Lloyd Motor Group, is seeking a Customer-Focused Service Advisor for our Aftersales team. You will greet customers, advise on technical queries, book work, and inform customers of progress with a professional approach.

Salary £28,000 basic with OTE £32,000. Hours 08:00–18:00 Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:30–12:30. Benefits include 33 days holiday, cycle to work, free flu jabs and manufacturer training.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• IT literate with basic computer skills.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

• Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
• Advising on technical queries/issues.
• Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.
• Sell customer repairs/parts etc., and finalising the invoice on completion.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Service Advisor to join the Aftersales team at our Lloyd Volkswagen retailer based in Carlisle.

Salary: £28,000 basic OTE £32,000

An ideal Service Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service.
• Enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Service department.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be well presented.
• Must be IT literate, and a working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.
• Must hold a full UK driving license.
