Job summary

Volkswagen Newport, part of Sinclair Group, is hiring a Parts Advisor to support our Aftersales team. You will help customers with parts queries, source and supply parts, support workshop staff, manage stock, and process payments, while promoting genuine VW parts and maintaining excellent service levels.

In this busy role, you will liaise with suppliers, handle enquiries across channels, and contribute to departmental KPIs. A proactive, detail‑oriented team player with IT aptitude is ideal.

Qualifications

• Managing stock levels and maintaining stock accuracy.
• Handling telephone, face-to-face and online enquiries.
• Promoting genuine Volkswagen parts and accessories.
• Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, returns and warranty items.
• Processing payments and completing administration accurately.
• Working towards departmental targets and KPIs.
• Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey.

Location: Newport

Benefits: Basic salary 30 days holiday including bank holidays, pension scheme, car benefit scheme, discount on parts and labour, incentives, training and career development opportunities

Full Time | Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota (paid as overtime)
Salary: Basic salary £27,000 with bonus opportunities and overtime paid at time and a half.
