John Clark Motor Group is seeking a Service Advisor for the VW St Andrews dealership. You will be the face of customer service, evaluating needs, communicating costs, and coordinating with the workshop to ensure a smooth service process.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer servicing or repair needs in line with vehicle health checks.
• Keep customers informed on costs and repair progress, and answer queries.
• Co-ordinate with workshop to move vehicles efficiently through service.
• Deliver exceptional service to achieve satisfaction targets and comply with standards.
• Maintain accurate customer details and stay updated on products and services.
• Work in line with service and warranty policies with the group and partners.

What You'll Be Driving Towards:

As our Service Advisor, you'll be instrumental in:

• Evaluating customer needs for servicing or repair requirements, ensuring alignment with our comprehensive Vehicle Health Checks.
• Keeping customers fully informed on all applicable costs and the progress of their repairs in a timely manner, expertly handling any queries.
• Liaising effectively with our workshop colleagues to ensure vehicles move efficiently through the service process.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to achieve set satisfaction objectives, always adhering to manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
• Maintaining accurate customer details for an up-to-date database and possessing up-to-date knowledge on additional products and services.
• Working in line with all service and warranty policies for both the John Clark Group and our manufacturer partners
