Job summary

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a family-owned car dealer based in and around the Bursledon area. The role requires interaction with customers at front desk and over the phone, coordinating service appointments and liaising with the workshop to track vehicle progress.

Ideal candidates will have motor trade experience and a strong focus on customer service. The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor trade and customer-facing role preferred.
• Ability to generate and process invoices for service work.
• Strong front-desk communication and appointment scheduling skills.

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently searching for a Service Advisor to join a family owned car dealer based in and around the Bursledon area. They are looking for an additional member of staff to support their current Service Advisor.

Our client offers a unique Monday to Friday working week and would ideally like a Service Advisor with motor trade experience to join their team.
