Job summary

Red Sky Personnel Ltd in West Drayton is seeking an Automotive Service Administrator / Service Advisor to join a leading Commercial Truck dealership. The role requires at least 2 years of recent automotive service experience and the ability to manage busy workshop workflows.

You will handle bookings, job cards, customer communications and invoicing, working closely with technicians and parts staff. A permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' recent automotive service experience.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Administrator or Workshop Administrator.
• Good understanding of automotive servicing and repair.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good IT skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy Workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Booking vehicles into the Workshop and managing service and repair appointments.
• Creating and maintaining accurate job cards, job codes and customer records.
• Managing workshop schedules and ensuring jobs progress efficiently.
• Liaising with customers regarding repairs, costs, progress and completion times.
• Working closely with Technicians, Parts and Workshop Management.
• Preparing estimates and quotations where required.
• Ensuring parts are ordered and available when required.
• Processing completed job cards and raising invoices.
• Supporting warranty and manufacturer administration.
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
