Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive terminology and repair procedures
• Reliable and able to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
• Full UK driving licence
• A proactive approach to customer care and workshop support

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and accurately assess their vehicle servicing needs
• Clearly explain repairs and services required to customers
• Manage workshop bookings and customer appointments efficiently
• Prepare work-in and work-out timesheets for the workshop team
