Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
• Experience using Kerridge, 1Link, Pinnacle, or a similar Dealer Management System (DMS)
• Proven track record of upselling additional work, service plans, and aftersales products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
• Positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)

Responsibilities

• Booking customer vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
• Liaising closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient workshop loading
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
• Advising customers on additional work required and associated costs
• Upselling service plans, maintenance work, and aftersales products where appropriate
• Preparing estimates, invoices, and service documentation accurately
• Working closely with Technicians to ensure vehicles are completed on time
• Delivering exceptional customer service from vehicle check-in through to collection
