Job summary

Pybus Recruitment is recruiting in Burton upon Trent for a Service Advisor at a well-established independent franchised automotive retailer. You will be the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a professional and efficient service throughout the vehicle journey.

Key duties include greeting customers, booking vehicles, updating on progress, and liaising with technicians to monitor repair status. A UK driving licence and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work in a busy dealership environment.
• IT literacy and familiarity with dealership systems.
• UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and booking vehicles into the workshop.
• Managing customer expectations and keeping them informed throughout the repair process.
• Preparing job cards and workshop documentation.
• Liaising with technicians to monitor vehicle progress.
• Advising customers on additional work and vehicle maintenance requirements.
• Processing invoices and service-related administration.
• Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
