Job summary

Key duties include greeting customers, booking vehicles, updating on progress, and liaising with technicians to monitor repair status. A UK driving licence and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.

• IT literacy and familiarity with dealership systems.
• UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
