Job summary

Hawk Hiring in Aldershot is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy automotive service team. You will be the primary contact for retail and corporate customers, manage bookings, explain diagnostics, and drive upsell opportunities while delivering excellent service.

Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays. We offer a performance bonus, manufacturer-backed training, generous annual leave, a pension, and staff discounts on servicing and parts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in automotive is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to identify upsell opportunities and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for retail and corporate customers; manage bookings and updates.
• Create accurate job cards for technicians and translate diagnostics for customers.
• Identify upsell opportunities for maintenance, service plans, and accessories.
• Coordinate daily workshop workflow with service management to ensure timely completion.
• Process customer payments, invoices, and warranty documentation.

• Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (DOE) + OTE £38,000

What you will be doing:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for retail and corporate customers, managing bookings, check-ins, and updates throughout the day.
• Creating accurate job cards for technicians and translating technical diagnostic reports into clear, easy-to-understand explanations for customers.
• Identifying upsell opportunities for essential maintenance, service plans, and accessories to consistently meet key targets.
• Managing the daily workshop workflow alongside service management to ensure work is completed on time and customer expectations are met.
• Processing customer payments, invoices, and managing precise warranty claim documentation in line with guidelines.

This role is based in Aldershot, making it an easy commute from Farnborough, Farnham, Camberley, and Fleet.
