The Solution Automotive Limited in Yeovil is seeking a Service Advisor for a franchised motor dealership. You will provide a professional customer service to customers while their vehicle is with us, and track progress with the workshops and parts teams.

You will schedule and record work, assist with invoicing and registering new cars, and provide exceptional administrative support to the Aftersales team. A proactive, time-conscious team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role with professional service to customers.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment preferred (automotive/high-end industry) but not essential.
• Excellent time management and administrative skills.

Service Advisor Franchised Motor Dealership - Yeovil This is a customer focused role. You will be providing a professional service to customers whilst their vehicle is with us, and tracking its progress through our workshops. Liaising with colleagues within the workshop and parts department. Providing customers with additional work requirements and costs. Scheduling and recording work whilst maintaining an efficient and courteous manner. In the Service Advisor role you will provide exceptional administrative support to the aftersales team by assisting with file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, invoicing and registering new cars. You will be a team player with experience within a customers focused role preferably within the automotive or high-end industry but not essential. You will have a flexible and proactive approach with excellent time management and administrative skills.
