Job summary

Octane Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a main dealership in Woolwich. The role involves welcoming customers, booking service and repair appointments, liaising with workshop staff and keeping customers informed about progress and costs.

Ideal candidates will have previous automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales experience, excellent customer service and organisational skills, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and manage service and repair bookings.
• Act as main contact from vehicle check-in to handover.
• Liaise with workshop technicians to coordinate repair progress.
• Keep customers updated on additional work, costs and completion times.
• Explain aftersales products, maintenance recommendations and services.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer information.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisation skills.

Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Service Team Manager to join an established main dealership in Woolwich. Applicants must have previous automotive Service Advisor or Service Team Manager experience, excellent customer service and organisational skills, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK. No specific formal qualification is required.

Location: Woolwich, South East London

OTE: £50,000+ per annum

Company Car: Included

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am-12:30pm, paid as additional overtime
