Job summary

ACS Automotive Recruitment Consultancy is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for our client’s prestige dealership in Woolwich. The role offers a basic salary of £35,525 with £50,000+ OTE and a company car, plus extensive training within an established automotive group.

You’ll take ownership of customer visits, liaise with the workshop, explain repairs, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately. A strong, customer-focused attitude is essential.

ACS Automotive Recruitment Consultancy is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for our client’s prestige dealership in Woolwich.

This opportunity offers strong earning potential, a company car and ongoing training within an established automotive group.

The role

About you

You’ll have automotive Service Advisor or Service Team Manager experience, excellent organisation and a confident, approachable manner. You should be comfortable balancing customer expectations with workshop demands.

The package

Alongside salary, bonus and company car, benefits include 31 days’ holiday including bank holidays, training, retailer discounts, pension and wellbeing support.

Hours

Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, totalling 45 working hours weekly. Saturdays, 8am–12.30pm, on a one-in-three rota, paid additionally.
