Job summary

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established prestige main dealership in Wimborne. You will be part of a friendly aftersales team delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a first-class dealership experience.

This role offers a 45-hour week, a 1 in 4 Saturday rota, and a base salary of £31,000 with OTE £40,600. Previous prestige dealership experience is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Service Advisor is essential.
• Experience within a prestige dealership would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• A professional, positive, and team-focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Booking vehicles into the workshop efficiently.
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Preparing estimates and explaining completed work.
• Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
• Liaising closely with technicians and the workshop team to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

The Role
