Job summary

ACS Automotive Recruitment is seeking a Service Advisor for a prestige main dealership in Wimborne. The role involves acting as the main contact for customers through the service journey, booking workshops, and communicating progress while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

The position offers a £31,000 basic salary with an OTE of £40,600, a 45-hour week, and a 1 in 4 Saturday rota paid as overtime. Experience in a prestige dealership is advantageous but not essential.

The Role
