Prospectus IT Recruitment is recruiting for a Service Advisor in Weybridge. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends and a base salary of £28,000 to £32,000 plus a £7,800 bonus, with an OTE up to £39,800. Training will be provided, and it’s a strong entry into the motor trade.

You will manage service bookings, keep customers updated, liaise with the workshop, advise on maintenance, and build long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience would be great, but isn't essential.
• A strong background in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Someone who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Responsabilités
