Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for a busy dealership in Alperton, Wembley. The role offers a competitive £32,000–£42,000 per annum, inclusive of bonus, with opportunities for training and progression.

You will welcome customers, manage service and repair bookings, liaise with the workshop and keep customers updated throughout the process. Ideally you have motor trade experience, excellent communication, strong organisational skills and a positive, professional

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.

• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities
