Job summary

Helston Main Dealer is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their established team in Helston. You will deliver exceptional customer service, book servicing and repairs, and work closely with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.

The role offers career progression within a reputable automotive group, a Monday–Friday week with one Saturday every three weeks, and the opportunity to earn OTE bonuses as part of a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade or franchise dealership.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong customer focus with a professional, friendly manner.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and relevant dealership software.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and manage customer expectations.
• Book vehicles in for servicing, repairs and maintenance.
• Upsell additional services and products to maximise workshop profitability.
• Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Manage vehicle and customer documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
• Support workshop revenue growth through proactive customer engagement.
