Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established franchised dealership. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage vehicle servicing processes, and maintain high standards of organisation and communication.

The role offers a base salary up to £30,000 with OTE up to £35,000 through a structured bonus scheme, and a Monday–Friday pattern with alternating Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership or similar environment.
• Excellent customer service and professional approach.
• Great organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage vehicle check-in and check-out.
• Allocate loan vehicles and process documentation in the DMS.
• Monitor service progress with technicians to ensure timely completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing vehicle servicing processes, and maintaining high standards of organisation and communication.

• Basic salary up to £30,000, dependent on experience
• OTE up to £35,000 through an structured bonus scheme
• Working Monday to Friday with alternating Saturdays on a rota (8am - 12pm)

Duties:

• Greeting customers and managing vehicle check-in and check-out
• Allocating loan vehicles and processing documentation accurately within the dealer management system
• Managing the progress of service jobs in collaboration with technicians to ensure timely completion
• Communicating regularly with customers throughout the servicing process
• Explaining work carried out and advising on further services when appropriate
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership or similar environment
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach
• Excellent organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work well within a team and show initiative
