Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking a Service Advisor in Shrewsbury for a well-established Main Dealership. Hours: Monday to Friday + Saturday Morning Rota. You will greet customers, manage service and repair bookings, and provide service estimates.

You\'ll liaise with the workshop, upsell services, handle invoicing and handovers, and strive for high customer satisfaction; benefits include £28k base with uncapped £34k OTE, 22 days leave rising to 25, birthday off after one year, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous service adviser or motor trade customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience using Dealer Management Systems would be advantageous.
• Attention to detail in a busy environment.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and managing service and repair bookings.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar motor trade customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience using Dealer Management Systems would be advantageous
