Perfect Placement is recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Service Advisor at a reputable independent garage in Haslemere, Surrey. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Service Advisors seeking to develop their career within a professional and welcoming environment.

The role combines excellent earning potential with ongoing training and career progression within the motor trade; the salary is up to £35,000 with OTE up to £38,000, a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:30

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing automotive position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Technical understanding of automotive repairs (preferred but not essential).
• Experience with garage management systems (desirable).
• Professional, approachable manner with a customer-first attitude.
• Valid UK driving licence (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and establishing their vehicle service needs.
• Coordinating with technicians and interpreting customer concerns.
• Providing accurate and transparent cost estimates for repairs and servicing.
• Managing work orders and service bookings via garage management systems.
• Keeping customers informed on vehicle progress and additional work.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Upselling relevant services and products.
• Ensuring workshop workflow remains efficient while maintaining quality standards.
