Job summary

Holt Recruitment Group is seeking a Service Advisor in Salisbury to join a dealership group. You will liaise with customers, coordinate workshop bookings and service plans, and drive customer satisfaction from reception to vehicle service completion.

Role offers comprehensive training with manufacturer accreditation and a competitive salary with uncapped bonus potential. A driving licence is required to apply and the position is based on-site in Salisbury.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in the Motor Trade.
• Ability to manage multiple admin tasks while updating customers.
• Driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Handle workshop bookings and MOT coordination.

Requirements?

• A driving licence
• The ability to deal with a million-and-one admin tasks, whilst making phone calls updating customers on the status of their vehicle.
• Experience as a Service Advisor in the Motor Trade that involves some level of suggestive selling techniques.
