A leading automotive retailer in Salford is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to enhance customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. You will manage customer expectations during vehicle servicing, upselling products along the way. The position offers a salary of up to £35,000 with OTE up to £39,800, plus extensive benefits including 25 days holiday and training opportunities.
The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn't just about providing a service - its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.
