Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Romford is seeking a skilled Service Advisor for a well-established dealership. You will deliver excellent customer service, book services, and produce accurate job cards.

• Deliver excellent customer service and foster strong customer relationships.
• Book vehicle services and repairs efficiently, ensuring customer needs are met.
• Produce accurate and detailed job cards and repair estimates.
• Communicate effectively with the workshop team regarding job progress.
• Upsell additional services and maintenance opportunities where appropriate.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the service process.
