Responsibilities

• Preparing job cards and ensuring all customer and vehicle information is accurately recorded.
• Liaising closely with technicians and the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Managing customer queries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.
• Promoting additional products and services where appropriate.
• Ensuring exceptional levels of customer service are maintained at all times.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm

The Opportunity

Pybus Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor on behalf of a well-established automotive dealership in the Richmond area of North Yorkshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused automotive professional looking to join a busy and successful aftersales team. The role offers a competitive basic salary of between £30,000 and £35,000, depending on experience. Candidates joining at the lower end of the salary scale will have the opportunity to earn an additional £5,000 bonus, while those appointed at the higher end will receive a more limited bonus structure.
