Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a Preston-based role. The position requires a Full UK driving license and at least 1 year of service advisory experience in the motor trade. The role involves welcoming customers, logging bookings, and coordinating with workshop teams to keep customers informed.

You will also support after-sales activities and have opportunities to upsell services and parts to customers, contributing to team targets.

Competenze

• 1+ years experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
• Full UK driving license is required.

Mansioni

• Meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled & non-scheduled servicing and repairs.
• Booking customer vehicles into the workshop and keeping them up to date on the progress.
• Support the after-sales function and various staff members in different departments.
• Upselling any additional products to new and existing customers.

Salary: Up to £28,000 Basic + Bonus + Overtime OTE 34k

Hours - Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm, Saturdays mornings on a rota (1 in 4)

Service Advisor Role:
