Job summary

Confidential's franchised motor dealership in Preston is seeking a Service Advisor. The role offers a basic salary of 29,800 with OTE around 35,500. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am–12:30pm (1 in 2).

You will handle service and repair enquiries, ensure clear communication across the team, log vehicle histories, and help maximise workshop capacity in collaboration with the Service Manager. Manufacturer training completion is encouraged to stay current with procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and other staff members.
• Up-to-date knowledge of warranty procedures and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of warranty, customer care and goodwill procedures, and thorough knowledge of manufacturer’s information bulletins and service information.
• Completion of manufacturer training courses as appropriate.
