Octane Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Service Advisor for a leading main dealer in Stoke-on-Trent. The role requires 2+ years of experience in a main dealer, and a full UK driving license. Competitive salary up to £32,000 base with bonus and OTE around £38k, depending on experience.

Working days are Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota; it's a long-term career opportunity with potential for progression within a growing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Service Advisor at a main dealer is required.
• Full UK driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the dealership for servicing and repairs.
• Book customer vehicles into the workshop and keep them updated on progress.
• Support the after-sales function and assist colleagues in different departments.
• Upsell additional products to customers.
