Octane Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a position in Stoke on Trent. The role requires 2+ years in the automotive service advisory field and a full UK driving license.

You will greet customers, schedule workshops, and support after-sales activities while aiming to upsell services and products. The advertised salary is up to £29,000 basic with a bonus OTE of £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Automotive Service Advisor (Used car, independent garage or main dealer experience preferred)
• Full UK driving license required

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for servicing and repairs
• Book customer vehicles into the workshop and keep them updated on progress
• Support the after-sales function and colleagues in different departments
• Upsell additional products to customers during service and repair visits
