Job summary

Octane Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for a busy main dealership in Peterborough. The role requires previous automotive Aftersales experience, a Full UK Driving Licence, and the right to work in the UK. Location: Peterborough. Salary: £32,000 basic with OTE £39,800 and uncapped product bonus.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays. Ref: 31373. The successful candidate will manage the customer journey during servicing, update customers on progress, and schedule

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer journey throughout vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Keep customers updated on repair progress and completion times.
• Schedule workshop appointments efficiently and accurately.
• Recommend additional repairs and maintenance identified by Vehicle Technicians.
• Promote relevant products including service plans, tyres and connected car services.
• Complete pre-appointment calls and confirm customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Peterborough. Applicants must have previous automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Location: Peterborough

Salary: £32,000 basic

OTE: £39,800 with uncapped product bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays
