Job summary

Holt-Recruitment has been retained to appoint a Service Advisor for a main dealership in Oxford. You will join a busy Aftersales team with a £32,000 basic salary and OTE up to £40,000, plus a weekend/shift pattern and generous holiday. The role requires Kerridge experience and a proven ability to upsell and manage customer expectations.

On-site, permanent contract, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays. Applicants should have previous dealership experience and be able to produce accurate job

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role (Service Admin/Service Advisor) or equivalent.
• Experience with Kerridge, Pinnacle, DRIVE, or ONELink.
• Proven ability to upsell additional products and services.
• Experience using commercial databases.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on service and repair work clearly and professionally.
• Explain timescales and arrange collection or drop-off.
• Create job cards using the in-house system.

Service Advisor - £32,000 basic with an OTEof £40,000 – Main Dealership – Oxford

Our client, a main dealership is looking for a high-performing Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team.

• Monday - Friday 8 till 6
• 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)
• 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30-1pm
• 1 hour lunch
• Life insurance of 2 x salary

Key Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
• As a Service Advisor you will advise on timescales and collection arrangements
• Produce job cards on the in-house computer system

Minimum Service Advisor Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role, as a Service Admin / Service Advisor or similar
• Experience with Kerridge/Pinnacle/DRIVE/ONELink
• An ability to sell additional products and services to customer
• Experience in using commercial databases
