A leading car dealership in Newbury is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service. This full-time, permanent role involves greeting customers, managing service bookings, and liaising with technicians. Candidates with motor industry experience and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Salary: Depending on experience, up to £27,000 with the opportunity to earn bonuses, OTE £33,000.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis (1 in 4, 8am-1pm).
We are looking for a customer-focused individual committed to providing the highest level of customer care, maximizing referrals and repeat business.
The role involves greeting customers, reviewing paperwork related to vehicle work, liaising with Workshop Technicians and Parts Department, arranging vehicle collection/delivery, and processing payments.
This environment can be busy and demanding, requiring a positive, patient individual dedicated to excellent customer service.
