Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Preston seeks an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team within a reputable automotive group. You will be the main contact for customers, coordinating service bookings, advising on repairs and keeping clients informed throughout the process.

The role offers a competitive basic salary up to £30,000 with an achievable OTE of £37,000, plus benefits such as generous annual leave, pension, staff discounts, training opportunities and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-focused approach with a professional attitude.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for service customers, managing appointments, queries, and expectations.
• Deliver expert advice on vehicle repairs and maintenance options.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely and efficient job completion.
• Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently as a Senior Service Advisor.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

Our client, a well-established family-run dealership, is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Service Advisor to join their dedicated aftersales team. This role is perfect for professionals with a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and overseeing service operations in a busy dealership environment.

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. You will be instrumental in promoting our client’s commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

• Competitive basic salary up to £30,000, with an achievable OTE of £37,000

• Working hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month
