Job summary

Sandicliffe Nottingham FordStore is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our busy team. You will supply vehicle parts and accessories, provide expert advice, and assist both workshop and retail customers with genuine manufacturer parts.

In this role you’ll manage stock, process orders, and help promote relevant products. A strong customer focus, good IT skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or automotive parts role.

About the Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our technicians, service teams, and customers have access to the right parts at the right time. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll provide expert advice, manage stock efficiently, and deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and supplying vehicle parts and accessories accurately and efficiently.

About You

We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences. You may already be working as a Parts Advisor, Parts Consultant, Automotive Parts Specialist, Parts Controller, or have experience within motor retail, customer service, logistics, warehousing, or automotive aftersales.
