Sandicliffe Motor Group is seeking a Vehicle Rental Advisor for the Lincoln team to deliver a seamless rental experience with a strong customer-focus. You will support daily rental operations, bookings, and documentation, ensuring compliance and high service standards across the rental journey.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment, with opportunities for growth within the group.

Formación

• Experience in vehicle rental, automotive services, or a customer-facing administrative role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident using digital systems and Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Support Rental Advisors with daily rental operations, bookings, and vehicle handovers.
• Provide a professional, inclusive, and efficient service to customers both in person and remotely.
• Prepare rental documentation accurately and in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate vehicle availability, cleaning schedules, and logistics.
• Manage customer queries, extensions, and returns with confidence and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems and rental software.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, driving licence checks, and company procedures.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

About the role

Sandicliffe Motor Group is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Vehicle Rental Advisor to join our Lincoln team. You will support the Rental Advisors in delivering a seamless, compliant, and customer-first rental experience, ensuring high standards are maintained across all stages of the rental journey.

Key responsibilities

• Support Rental Advisors with daily rental operations, bookings, and vehicle handovers
