Vertu Toyota Leicester is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing Aftersales team. You will be the vital link between customers and the workshop, ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in to collection.

The role suits those who thrive in a busy environment, with opportunities for progression within the Vertu Group. We offer a competitive basic salary (up to £32,000 DOE), Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:30pm, and a 1 in 3 Saturday rota.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the key link between customers and the workshop team to ensure a seamless service experience from check-in to collection.
• Manage customer expectations and keep customers informed during servicing and repair processes.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services to customers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality support.
• Support the Aftersales team in achieving service targets and CSI benchmarks.

About The Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience from vehicle check-in through to collection.

Working within a busy, high-performing Aftersales department, you'll manage customer expectations, keep customers informed throughout the servicing and repair process, identify opportunities for additional products and services, and help maintain the excellent customer satisfaction standards the dealership is known for.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Previous customer-facing service experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Positive and professional approach

Desirable

• Previous Service Advisor experience
• Automotive or dealership experience

While previous Service Advisor experience would be advantageous, it's not essential. If you have a strong background in customer service and enjoy building relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
