Vertu Toyota Sheffield is recruiting a Service Advisor to join a supportive, established team. You will be the link between customers and our workshop, ensuring clear communication, informed decisions and a welcoming service experience for every visitor.

The role suits someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering high levels of customer care, with a 32,000 GBP base salary and a strong benefits package. Training and development are emphasised for career growth.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of experience in a customer service role.
• Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).
• Confidence communicating with a wide range of people in a supportive, respectful manner.
• Proactive approach to meeting targets, managing time and staying calm during peak periods.
• Confident using computer systems and managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Setting clear expectations and guiding customers through each stage of their vehicle’s service or repair.
• Giving regular updates in a communication style that works best for the customer.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
• Follow up after work is completed to ensure satisfaction.

We are offering a £32000basic salary, along with a range of excellent company benefits.

Your working hours will be 8am-5.30pmMonday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings 8am-1pm
