Job summary

Hereford-based dealership is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to manage the service journey from booking to handover. You will ensure a first-class customer experience and liaise with the workshop to keep customers updated.

The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, a customer-focused approach, and a full UK driving licence. On offer is a £28,000 basic salary plus £34,000 OTE and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy dealership environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a successful and busy dealership in Hereford.

We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who can confidently manage the service journey from booking vehicles in through to handover, ensuring every customer receives a first‑class experience.
