Job summary

Hereford is calling for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy dealership. You will manage the service journey from booking to handover, ensuring first-class customer care and smooth repairs. The role offers £28,000 base salary plus £34,000 OTE, with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota and ongoing manufacturer training.

Key duties include booking, updates to customers, workshop liaison, preparing estimates, processing invoices and delivering exceptional service within dealership standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy dealership environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Booking customer vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Preparing estimates and explaining any additional work required.
• Processing invoices and handling payments.
• Delivering outstanding customer service while meeting dealership standards.
