Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Advisor in Glasgow to join a franchised dealership team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service and driving upsell opportunities while supporting the workshop with service administration.

Role offers a basic salary from £30,000 (dependent on experience) with achievable earnings of £36,000+ per annum, plus a 33 days annual leave package and dealership benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently where required.
• Knowledge of dealership management systems and service processes.
