Autotech Recruit is seeking experienced Service Advisors to support dealerships across the UK on flexible contracts. This role offers the freedom to choose when and where you work, with weekly pay and assignments across multiple brands.

You will greet customers, manage service journeys, book vehicles for service, and communicate with technicians and customers. A customer-first mindset and strong communication are essential for success in this flexible position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and systems.
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and solving problems proactively.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and managing their service journey from start to finish.
• Booking vehicles in for service, repair, and maintenance.
• Communicating with technicians, parts teams, and customers.
• Providing clear updates on vehicle progress and repair times.
• Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
