Job summary

Brian Currie Ltd in Daventry is seeking a friendly, organised Service Advisor to deliver a first-rate customer experience for vehicle service and repair bookings. You will build relationships with fleet customers and liaise with the workshop team to ensure smooth, timely service delivery.

Responsibilities include keeping customers updated, explaining work carried out clearly, and handling general admin, phone calls, and queries.
