Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer enquiries related to vehicle servicing, repairs, parts, and sales.
• Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles.
• Organise collection, delivery, and appointment scheduling for customer vehicles.
• Liaise with parts suppliers and chase for parts availability and delivery.
• Support workshop teams through effective communication and administration.
• Assist with Health & Safety compliance and British Standards documentation.
• Provide general support to the General Manager and management team.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all service activities.
