Haynes Bros. Ltd in Canterbury is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating service bookings and liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed to high standards.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers and manage service enquiries in person, by telephone and email.
• Book vehicle services, repairs and MOTs.
• Liaise with technicians and communicate vehicle progress to customers.
• Prepare estimates and explain completed work and associated costs.
• Ensure all customer and vehicle records are maintained accurately.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services where appropriate.
• Support the team in delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busyand successful Aftersales team in Canterbury.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with motor trade experiencewho enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment,and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.As the link between our customers and workshop team, you will play akey role in ensuring every customer receives a professional and positiveexperience from start to finish.

You will be joining a well-established dealership group that valuesits people and invests in their development. Full manufacturer trainingwill be provided to support your continued growth and career progression.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 17:00.
• Alternate Saturdays: 08:00 - 13:00 (paid in addition to salary).

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact forcustomers visiting our service department. You will coordinateservice and repair bookings, keep customers informed throughoutthe process, and work closely with our technicians to ensure workis completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
