Job summary

We are working with a Motor Garage in the Canterbury area of Kent, seeking a Service Advisor to join their friendly team.

The role involves advising customers on services and repairs, estimating costs, up-selling, producing job cards, updating records, and handling invoices.

Applicants should have some experience as a Service Advisor in a motor environment and hold a full driving licence; strong customer service and CSI focus is essential.

Responsibilities

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Service Advisor

Salary – Negotiable depending on experience

Service Advisor Duties include:

• Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
• Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
• Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs
• Advise on timescales and collection arrangements

For this Service Advisor position you will have:
