Job summary

Jago Consultants is seeking a Sales Administrator for a multi-franchised car dealership near Chippenham. You will handle month-end analyses of sales invoices, tax forms, and stock-related processes to ensure smooth vehicle transactions and accurate stock records.

The role requires strong organisation, experience as a Sales Administrator, and good working knowledge of Kerridge/ADP systems. On-site role with potential for close collaboration with the existing team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare month end analyses of all sales invoices and file invoices.
• Complete taxation forms for applications and refunds, raise cheques for sign off.
• Withdraw stock invoices and ensure vehicle adoption and payment for new vehicles.
• Locate sold orders not in stock and arrange transfers and payments; inform sales staff of shortfalls.
• Process vehicle transfer requests; ensure documentation complete and payments received.
• Monitor vehicle deliveries to match orders and add details to stock records.
• Prepare general correspondence as requested.
